Ms. Jayla Cooley
Lead Attorney
Jayla Cooley is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Texas State University. A Houston, Texas native, she moved to Atlanta to pursue her law degree at Atlanta John Marshall Law School. During that time, Cooley served as a member of the school’s Moot Court Trial Advocacy team as well as Vice President of the school’s Sports & Entertainment Law Association. She later gained invaluable hands-on experience working as an Associate attorney for the Law Offices of Martin & Associates, where she focused on getting satisfactory compensation for clients who suffered from personal injuries.
Since graduation, Jayla has been managing her own practice and co-counseling with various colleagues. “I want to grow a business based on ideas that are centered around empathy and understanding,” explains Cooley.
In her free time, Jayla enjoys cooking, outdoor activities with her dogs, and giving back to the community through various organizations. She is also a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL), an organization that helps defense attorneys stay on top of the law and resolve cases faster.
